Great agency one of the best ones I've worked with! Liz has been a great help and support in helping me towards a new direction in my career life. She is very attentive and keeps me in the loop at all times! She makes the extra effort to work with my preferred requirements for work and even if it isn't completely attainable she meets me in the middle and does as much as she can to help! Also Liz is very funny might I add 😂 and I'm happy that I can now put a face to the name after all these years! Thank you again Liz for all your help and support! 😊

Office based

A brilliant opportunity working with an established company based in Alfreton as a Payroller has become available. Seeking someone who holds a lot of experience, the role will include end to end weekly payroll for 200+ employees.

The successful candidate will be motivated and be able to demonstrate clear evidence of experience within payroll. Joining a fantastic team, the role will be busy and will require someone with a good level of organisation. All applicants must have valid UK experience.

Role responsibilities:

  • Start to finish weekly payroll for 200+
  • Processing SSP, SMP, SPP, NI, income tax and other statutory deductions
  • Reviewing and processing time in attendance report
  • Completion of late report/direct hours
  • Setting up new starters on Sage Payroll and processing leaver documentation and final payments
  • Updating and keeping staff absence records accurately
  • Issuing of P60’s, P45’s to leavers and update payroll records
  • Auto enrolment onto pension scheme

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Sage Payroll or similar payroll systems
  • Working understanding of Time in Attendance process
  • 12 months recent experience of start to finish payroll
