CPA Senior Tax Manager – Public Accounting

We’re partnering with a mid-tier Accounting & Advisory firm in the DFW area seeking a Senior Tax Manager / Director with fast-track to Partnership.

Our client is an impressive firm with a strong Texas presence and excellent reputation. Resistant to the Texas ‘Pac-Man’ acquisition trend, they remain fiercely independent as business continues to grow exponentially.

You’ll join the firm either as a Senior Manager with a genuine hunger to develop skills in client/relationship development, deal-closing and building a book of business, or step straight into the Director level role.

When will you make Partner? That is down to you. But a realistic timescale would be three years to become Income Partner, then a short timescale to Equity Partner. So the big bucks are a few short years away.
