You will be assigned a Partner who is held accountable for developing your skills and knowledge based on your personal career goals and aspirations, to ensure you get promoted in quick time. You will also join their leadership development program, where you’ll hone your leadership skills ready for a promotion to Manager, Senior Manager, and ultimately Partner.

Mental stability: the firm believes in wellness and allowing people to have their own fulfilling lives outside of work. They work with a third-party wellness company that offers a plethora of programs to suit your mental and physical wellbeing. You’ll never work more than 55 hours during the peak weeks in busy season and you’ll work a maximum of 35 hours per week during summer months.
