Sales & Use Tax Manager

Sales & Use Tax Manager | CPA Accounting & Advisory Firm, large Orlando office

Our client is a multi award-winning, highly respected, and deeply established mid-tier Accounting & Advisory firm. Due to a succession of new client wins, they are seeking to hire a Sales & Use Tax Manager.

The role is unique in that it will provide you the opportunity to carve business processes and systems in a growing team with new clients, giving you the autonomy to lead and develop the team as you see fit. You will benefit from the full support and direction of your Senior Managers and Partners.

**In addition to experienced Managers, our client will consider a heavy-duty Senior ready for a step up to Manager. **

Your new role:

• Perform sales & use tax audits.
• Manage the preparation and filing of sales and use tax returns for multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide client sales and use tax advisory and planning services to multi-state companies.
• Conducting research on complex sales & use tax issues and providing guidance on tax implications to clients.
• Monitoring changes in tax legislation and staying informed on current market trends to uphold your reputation as a reliable advisor.
• Lead and develop a team of Associates & Seniors.

Your background:

• CPA or CMI designation
• Ideally 5+ years experience in sales & use tax
• A Manager currently, or a highly experienced Senior ready for a step-up
